White House yesterday broke the hearts of the Kogeloans, a place where Obama’s father was born and where his grandmother lives to date, when it announced that the US President wouldn’t be visiting upon his arrival.

Reports had indicated that Obama be  visiting Kogelo to see his grandmother, Sarah Obama.

Well, Embu County is a certain destination for the US President as the White House confirmed yesterday. And it is not just Embu County but a less known village in Embu.

The White House says that Obama will visit this village when he arrives in Kenya after NTV journalist based in the US,BMJ Muriithi , invited him to Embu.
