Many thought Joyce Omondi’s parents were both from the lakeside region, but it turns only her father is Luo.

Joyce’s mother hails from the Coast region, she’s Giriama. The gospel singer surprised her fans when she revealed this.

“The Luo and Giriama in me has totally come alive this week Samak all day!!! Mozambique is an absolute paradise for fish and seafood lovers! mayoooo!” Wrote Joyce Omondi.
