Wahu, Alisha Popat, Chris Adwar, Kanjii, Atemi & More to Perform at Charity Event
The Faraja Cancer Support Trust in association with ICEA Lion Group and Cancer Care Kenya brings you the ‘There Is Life After Cancer Concert’ on Saturday, 8th December at KICC.
Artistes performing at the benefit event include Wahu, Alisha Popat, Dan Chizi Aceda, Chris Adwar & The Villagers Band, Kanjii Mbugua, The Moipei Sisters, Peter Nyong’o Jr and Atemi Oyungu.
The main aim of the concert is to show all cancer victims and their families that there is hope. There is life after diagnosis. It doesn’t all end there. With the current cancer situation in our country, we need to raise awareness about the disease and encourage those battling with cancer to forge on and fight the good fight.
The benefit event takes place between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. at the venue’s COMESA Grounds. Tickets go for Kshs. 300 for adults and Kshs. 100 for children.
