Unveiling a TV That Costs Kshs. 1.8 Million
A few months ago, we reported on a TV set that costs Kshs. 1 million. And just when you thought that would not be topped any time soon, an even more expensive one is out.
LG, one of the world’s leading home appliances dealers, has introduced an 84-inch TV set into the Kenyan market. And it goes for almost double what the 80-inch Sharp Aquos TV cost: Kshs. 1,799,999.
The set, which is currently on sale at Sarit Centre and Westgate, can access Wi-Fi Internet connection meaning you can browse and stream videos. The set also allows for the installation of Facebook, Twitter and Skype apps.
The smart share option allows you to browse any other gadget that is connected to the same network as the TV. On top of that, the set has 3-D capability and allows viewers to convert 2-D content into 3-D. The TV comes with four 3-D glasses.
