The fashion star has for several years now specialized in giving the people out there tips on fashion, and how to make the most of what you already have. Sylvia, who has created the brand Sylvia Owori, has opened a new branch at Garden City.

“The newly completely re-done and cozier space is designed to offer utmost convenience and frill to our customers while offering a much wider range of both trendy and classic styles of clothing and accessories that are MADE IN UGANDA for women ,men and kids. It also features bigger work-studio where you can have your custom-made orders done by our expert tailors.” She described in a Facebook post.
