Star Struck Tuesday: Jan Mukiibi, Miss Uganda UK 2017

It is common knowledge that Uganda has very beautiful women. Some are mercilessly endowed, whereas others are prettier than anything you could ever think of.

Every year, we hold a beauty pageant, to choose the cream of the cream, at the Miss Uganda Contest. However, there is also miss Uganda UK, to capture our beauty from the outside of the country.

Our star today is the Miss Uganda Uk 2017/18, and her name is Jan Mukiibi. This beauty is only 19, and a Biomedical Science student, studying full time from South London.

Jan stood into the competition on behalf of, and to represent her people from Luweero district, and indeed made them proud.

Mukiibu managed to beat other ladies. and Renah Nassuna and Leena Kyabula emerged first and second runner ups consecutivley.

She is humbled, beautiful, and has a big heart for the needy.

The most beautiful thing however is that she will be part of a humanitarian cause to change the lives of many. She will also continue with the work of the previous Miss Uganda Uk beauty queens of campaigning against child sacrifices.
