SK Mbuga Transfered to New Prison.

Tycoon Sulaiman Kabangala commonly known as SK Mbuga could soon be released from prison in the United Arab Emirates, where he was arrested and detained since January last year over fraud allegations.

It is reported that Mbuga has been transferred from Awir Prison in Dubai to Al Wathabi prison where his deportation documents are being processed.

However, Swedish authorities are reportedly hunting for him,insisting that he should be deported to the Scandinavian country to face the charges.

The city tycoon together with his wife Vivienne Birungi, are accused of conning Sten Heinsoo, a Swedish National over Shs.23B in a gold business.

Last year, reports emerged that Mbuga had been cleared to leave prison and was planning to return back to Uganda, which has not been the case.
