MP Zaake to finally return to Uganda
Francis Zaake, Mityana Municipality Member of Parliament is ready to return home after a successful head operation in the US.
Zaake was beaten to pulp by security agents who invaded parliament on September 27th.
Zaake sustained serious head injuries while being dragged to police vans commonly referred to as “Mpaawo atalikaaba” by opposition MPs.
After failing to get adequate treatment in hospitals in Uganda, He as flown to the United States for better attention.
He cried out for support but Parliament explained that before he left, he MP did not get right paperwork from the House to cater for his treatment.
This is because his hospital bills exceeded 260million and he could no longer manage on his own.
Zaake announced on Tuesday that his treatment had been completed and that he will be returning home this Friday

“On that first day of the last month of this historical year in the history of Uganda, I will come back to begin from where I stopped, I will come back more prepared to protect our constitution,” Zaake said.
Betty Nambooze the Mukono Municipality MP returned last week after successfully undergoing a spinal operation.
