Kansiime Anne speaks out on the proposed laws on Artistes

Kansiime Anne must be the first entertainer to openly speak on the recent proposed rules to govern entertainers in Uganda.

Government has come out to release a set of rules that may become laws covering practices of entertainers in the country including getting a license to perform,  taking drug tests, official passes to be able to perform abroad among others.

Some artistes have grumbled on the underground about how the government has not helped them in building the industry but wants to make money off it now.

How do I even start to express my disappointment in my country this early in the year!!!
On a personal level I find this ridiculous and cannot find the right words to analyse this unfortunate turn of events.
