Ghetto Kids Represent again
It has been a great year for the Ghetto Kids, and God is not yet done with them. From representing Uganda Internationally on the BET stage and in French Montana’s Video, “Unforgettable” that scored him his first No 1 on Hot Rap Songs chart as of August 2017. This Saturday, the Uganda Entertainment Awards went down, and it certainly recognized all the hard work and efforts of the Ghetto kids.
They managed to scoop an award for Best Dance Group in a category that included Roz Viccy Cathy,
Trojans Dance Group, IDU, Kings 256 and Platinum Dance Crew. Clearly, these children have a bright future, and are untouchable. What is even more adorable is their humility. The Triplets Ghetto Kids sent a brief Facebook shoutout to all of their fans and those that voted.
Congratulations to you and thank you for lifting the Uganda flag far and wide, we love you.
Generally, the UEA awards was a successful and great event right from the red carpet to the wonderful and cheerful hosts. The @UEAUganda twitter page was on fire the whole night with photos and updates and we managed to get for you a list of some of the lucky winners.
