Erias Lukwago seeks compensation for Squeezed balls
Image: Police TakeoverKampala Lord Mayor Erias Lukwago is seeking compensation for being brutally arrested by police and squeezed in the balls.
As he addressed journalists at his gate before heading to the city to take part in “togikwatako” campaign, he was man handled.
He says the act as very embarassing and Dehumanising and wants 700 million in damages.
