Gen Kale Kaihura says Girlfriends must be registered

At least 24 women have been killed in Wakiso district in the past month.
He says the reasons for killing includes cheating, rituals, jilted lovers and so on.
Kayihura advises that this will help them know who is dating who to help investigations.
