Our very own hit the stage in neighboring country, Rwanda, and delivered. The beautiful songstress has a thrilling voice, and she showed her talent to the Kigali population on Friday night, at the Kigali Jazz Junction. She also dedicated part of her show to Mowzey Radio
From various reports, we hear that from the moment she stepped onto stage, the crowd was already extremely excited.
She hit the stage dressed in a classic yellow outfit, with there guitar held tight. The fans were then served with hits such as Gyobera, Kyolowoza, Stamina Daddy, Sembera, Nzena, ‘Bikola’, and many others. On the hit, Gyobera, the crowd had their spirits lifted, and got electrified. TRIBUTE TO MOWZEY RADIO
Like a loyal Soldier, Irene requested the crowd to light up their smartphones in memory of the late Mowzey Radio, a fellow musician. It was at this point when she graced the crowd with one of the late’s hits, “Neera” The fans sang along to the tune with the singer, to respect the talent the country lost.
