Trump to Clinton: I will lock you up in jail!

The second US presidential debate between Republican Donald Trump and Democrat Hillary Clinton turned out to be the ugliest yet in this seemingly bitter campaign for the presidency.

The gloves were off from the right from the start with both candidates waging all out personal attacks on each other during the 90-minute Monday debate at Washington University in St Louis.

Perhaps the most shocking attack was by Trump when he threatened to prosecute Hillary Clinton if he is elected president due to her email controversy.

A furious Trump told Clinton to her face, “If I win, I am going to instruct my attorney general to get a special prosecutor to look into your situation. There has never been so many lies, so much exception.There has never been anything like it. We will have a special prosecutor.”

Trump went further to claim that people’s lives have been destroyed for doing a fifth of what Clinton had done.

“You should be ashamed of yourself,” Trump stated.

Clinton rubbished the claims and termed the whole tirade as false.

She responded by saying that it was good that someone with the temperament of Trump is not in charge of the law in the United States.

However, Trump who was aggressive during the whole debate shot back, saying “because you would be in jail!” which elicited shouts of approval by his supporters in the Town Hall debate.
