Kenyans are cursing a number of legislators after news broke that they flew abroad to learn on how to get better food.

While teachers have been denied their rightful pay hike, MPs are burning public money flying abroad for highly questionable benchmaking trips.

Lawmakers who are members of Catering and Health Club Committee, travelled to India, Netherlands and Ethiopia for a catering mission.

And their trips were financed by taxpayers. A total of 29 legislators boarded planes to fly abroad to learn how to cook.
