The Nairobi Sessions Hosts First International Guest Artist
This week on Nairobi Sessions, Maurice Kirya, the very first international guest, was featured. Being a “Valentines week,” there is a special love song, Don’t Wanna Fight and Worth the Wait.
Started by award-winning producer Blackman, the unplugged sessions that will be consistent with weekly releases for most of the year will feature the talent in Nairobi and the various artists who pass by Nairobi.
The sesssion has so far featured Sara Mitaru and Nanjira, Naomi Wachira and Mumala and also rapper Rabbit doing an acoustic version of Adisia. This week’s sessions open to one of Mutua Matheka’s time lapse of downtown Nairobi. Enjoy, share and subscribe to the videos.
Maurice Kirya, who recently joined the cast of NTV’s The Hostel, was in Kenya to perform at the All That Jazz, together with Aaron Rimbui, Eric Wainaina and Atemi Oyungu.
