The Famous Ethnic Rapper, Raj, Releases Another Hit Single (Video)

Known as the ‘King of Controversy’ in Kenya’s music scene. Raj is back again with another single dubbed ‘Nakuhenza’ which means I Love You in Giriama. Take a sit, let me educate you a thing or two about Raj.

• Raj’s real name actually happens to be Okemwa Rajiv, not only is he a singer but also a businessman, he actually happens to be the CEO & Producer of MusicBank.
• He’s still a student, he is currently enrolled at UoN
• Raj started his music journey 3yrs ago, in 2012.
• So far he has released a 14-track mixtape, called FAC (Friday After Class) in 2014.
• He remains true to his unique Style of Rap: the Kisii Flow (a blend of English, Swahili and Kisii..
• In Feb 2015, Raj was signed to Kaka Empire Management which also manages Rabbit, Avril, Rich Mavoko from Tz, FemiOne and Owago Nyiro

Moving on, his new single is a love song (just in case you missed that from the title), the producer behind the singer is himself the Record label is MusicBank and management company Kaka Empire.
