The Driver Who Caused The Infamous Ntulele Accident That Killed 43 People Is Back On The Road Driving Kenyans To Danger Again (Photos)
Ntulele road carnage wasn’t the first major accident he caused, but despite Steve Mutia repeatedly ‘killing’ Kenyans he is illumine to traffic regulations!!
Sometimes in August 2013, City To City Bus heading to Homa Bay from the capital killed 43 passengers at Ntulele along the Narok-Mahi Mahiu road.
Reports indicated the driver Steve Mutia failed to negotiate a sharp corner at Pinyinyi causing the bus to roll several times before ending up in a ditch.
The driver was reportedly sleeping when the accident happened. And amazingly he survived the tragic accident.

But the freak accident wasn’t the first Steve Mutia caused; he had been involved in at least 3 accidents between 2005 and 2007 where some 10 people died.
With this record you would think Steve will be rotting in jail for manslaughter or at least he would have been barred from driving for the rest of his life.
Amazingly the killer driver has gone back behind the wheel driving vehicle that plies Nairobi-Mwingi-Garissa route. Steve was arrested in 2013 after he escaped from the scene of accident, it’s still not clear how he got his license back and how he’s a free man.
