The Day Willis Raburu “Killed” Nicholas Biwott (PHOTOS)

Over the weekend, Willis Raburu made a mistake he would like to forget about really quickly. See, Willis is one of the fastest individuals to disseminate news on social media and he is re-known for being very accurate. However, this time his source misled him.

Willis Raburu mistakenly tweeted about the death of former political strongman, Nicholas “Total Man” Biwott.

He started off with a tweet that reads like this:

BREAKING: Unconfirmed reports…Total man Nicholas Biwott has passed on…details and clarification to follow.

That in itself is not shocking seeing as journalists often compete to be the first to break news but in this instance, he was wrong and his error resulted in the “death” of Nicholas Biwott.

A short while later, having breached out to the family for clarification, he realized his error and made a correction.

Biwott however was not amused and has vowed to seek legal redress for the distress the tweet caused him and his family and friends. You can be sure Willis Raburu’s honest mistake is giving him untold grief!
