The Biggest Lesson We All Learnt From The Laura Akunga, Cynthia Nyamai And Sharon Mundia Love Stories

Laura Akunga stunned Kenyans when she rewarded her husband with a 10M Land Cruiser car on his 30th birthday. In fact she is the first woman to have done this in Kenya and I bet it will take time before another surpasses her record.

But she is not the first ever in Kenya to treat her man with expensive presents. It has happened before and the last time it did, many believed it would never happen again. So do not think Laura’s is the biggest yet. I’m worried someone is gonna buy her hubby a plane one of these fine days. Kenyan ladies have money you know.

If PR guru Cynthia Nyamai can afford her hubby a 2.4M presidential suite at the plush Villarosa Kempinski Hotel in Westlands, and then Laura buys a land cruiser worth 10M, why do you think my girlfriend is not going to buy me a chopper? I mean when she becomes super rich? My dreams and hers are valid.

But before my girlfriend joins Cynthia and Laura to publicly express their love to us the lucky men, they should just bear in mind that they are not in a conducive environment to do so. And I have evidence for this.

Before you start criticizing my piece on how it degrades this great republic, just read between the lines this crap I am gonna talk about, and be sure to share your disgust at the tail end where there is enough space in the comment section where you can puke after the disgust.

You see, very few people, including KRA, knew much about Laura Oyier, oh sorry, Akunga. We all know Laura Oyier by the way. Those eyebrows in the dock, the bill at intercontinental and of course the waterline that costs Kshs.800 (as if it is rabbit urine which allegedly has some medicinal value).

So back to Laura Akunga Muriithi. Personally I had forgotten everything about this lady because the last time I saw her was when former NTV anchor Lizz Ntonjira interviewed her. Well, until the other day, she wasn’t of any importance.

But here we are. All fascinated by what she did to her man. And not just fascinated, but itching over the same. Her actions prompted controversial blogger Robert Alai to dig into the archives and unearth some of the controversies that have rocked this woman before. He lay her bare, leaving her badly exposed.

And to place a hot nail on the wound, it was reported that KRA was now trailing her thanks to the 10M car. It is the car that reminded KRA that they needed to scrutinize her businesses to find out if she pays her taxes. And alas! It was reported she does not pay taxes. So in other words KRA believes whoever has a lot of money does not pay taxes? Funny! Very funny!

So Laura’s public expression of love has landed her in trouble. Oh poor Laura. Everybody is now on her neck. Probably because they envy her wealth and the luck that has befallen Mr. Muriithi.

Cynthia Nyamai treated her man at the expensive Villarosa Kempinski

When Cynthia Nyamai treated her man on Valentines’ Day by spending 2.4M shillings on him, everybody was taken aback. Then so many cooked up stories arose, criticizing the man and his wife for wasting money. I overhead some chaps arguing that some people should not be blessed with money if that is all they can do with it. Bull-crap, right?

If I choose to spend my money the way I want, where does that pinch you, n**ga? Why are you bitter if I spend my money to show love to the person I so love, b**ch?

These are just two examples that highlight how Kenya is very hostile to lovers who want to spend quality time with their best halves.

Sharon Mundia, arguably one of the most beautiful women we have around, was flown out to some exciting destination on the slopes of the great Mt. Kenya by her banker fiancée. She littered social media with photos of her glamorous outing with the man she has loved and Kenyans were like, oohh! So you must tell us all this crap? Boy, girl, get a life pris! Just get a life.

I would go on and on and on and on to show just how if you want to express your love, probably because you want the world to know (ladies prefer this) or because you want to protect territories (ladies love this too), you should just consider doing it elsewhere, not Kenya.

Sorry to those who have already fallen prey to the unforgiving jealousy Kenyans.
