President Magufuli steps in to help a woman who was burnt by her husband using hot porridge

32 year old Neema Mwita Wambura was burnt by her husband using hot porridge a few months ago and the lady is still paining from the burns.

Apparently her husband got angry at her for harvesting his Maize without his knowledge and permission forcing him to punish him in the worst way a normal human being would.

He poured hot porridge on her and Neema was forced to seek medical help. Her story went viral and president Magufuli got to hear of it.

He then offered to help the lady by asking his people to give her enough money for her medical cover aswell as ensure she remained with some which would sustain her.

No nonsense President Magufuli okays the arrest of his wife as he cracks the whip on drug traffickers

Wema Sepetu, Vanessa Mdee are some of the heavyweights who have been summoned by the police over claims of drug trafficking. President Magufuli has also given the police the green light to arrest his wife.

It became clear it wasn’t going to be business as usual in Tanzania from the moment President John Pombe Magufuli ascended to power.

Magufuli has turned out to be the president who keeps his words; he has now turned up the heat on drug traffickers.

Several Tanzanian celebrities have been summoned by the police over claims of having a hand in drug trafficking.

In a bid to assure his countrymen and women that he will leave no stone unturned in the fight against drug abuse in Tanzania, President Magufuli gave the police the green light to arrest his wife, Janet Magufuli, is she is suspected of drug trafficking.

“Hakuna cha mtu aliye maarufu, hakuna mwanasiasa, hakuna askari, hakuna waziri au mtoto wa fulani ambaye akijihusisha aachwe, ata angekua mke wangu Janet hapa ambaye angejihusisha wee shika tu peleka. Kwa sababu madhara ya dawa za kulevya kwa taifa letu yamefikia mahali pabaya. Haiwezekani kuwa watu wanauza kama njugu,” President Magufuli spoke at State House while addressing the nation.
