Joho’s woes continue, a fresh twist on his alleged fake academic papers has seen him being summoned by Coast DCI Regional Coordinator Pius Macharia.
Kenya National Examination Council claimed in a letter that Joho’s Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) certificate was forged.
Joho’s spokesman Richard Chacha however rubbished the claim saying that it was piece of propaganda circulated by Jubilee and other state agencies.
These allegation come only a few weeks after the Mombasa governor clashed with President Uhuru, the head of state vowed to ‘deal’ with him.

The embattled Mombasa governor has since been summoned to record a statement with the CID over the authenticity of his academic credentials.
The police wanted Joho to present himself on Tuesday March 28th but governor 001 has explained he won’t be going to the police on that date.
Sultan says he will honor the police summon but he will only do so on Wednesday the 29th of March.
“Intimidation continues, today at 4:30pm I received a summon from Mr. Pius Macharia to appear at the Regional DCI Headquarters Mombasa and record a statement.
“I have informed them in writing that due to confirmed prior commitments I will personally honor the summon on Wednesday the 29th of March at 10.30am. I know I will be vindicated once again and this will never deter me from pursuing the transformation agenda for my people,” Joho wrote.
