It is official that it is over between Saumu Mbuvi and her boyfriend Ben Gatu who happens to be the father of her unborn child.

She has confirmed this through a post she shared on her Instagram page where she also revealed the reason she called it quits.

From what she wrote we have reason to believe that her man might been involved with another girl whose parent is also a politician. This comes as a shock as we had earlier learnt that Ben Gatu thought the lass was involved with a certain business man.

Things seem a bit complicated for the two who are now washing their dirty linen in public.

Anyway, Saumu Mbuvi also mentioned that the break up was not a big deal as she was not married to her ex making things easier for her. This is the first time she has addressed issue and I am guessing it’s after her ex spoke to Tuko spilling some details about their relationship.

Not to forget, she also threatened to sue the ‘cheap blogs’ (as she put it) when she see’s another BS story published about her life. This comes a few weeks after she said she would sue Kiss 100.

If you have bee wondering how Papa Dennis has been managing to lead the expensive lifestyle, the allow me to introduce the man who has been putting in money into his career.

Apparently a certain man by the name of Sadat Muhindi has been helping the young man build his musical career and now that he is doing fine, Sadat Muhindi wants to venture into politics.

As reported by one local blog, Sadat Muhindi announced he will be vying for the Likuyani parliamentary in this year’s election theough his Facebook account. He wrote to say,

I have officially declared my interest in capturing Likuyani parliamentary seat in this year’s election. I want to win this seat on behalf of my people.

He also seems to have mastered the language most politicians use as he went on to promise that he is planning to take give his people what rightfully belongs to them after winning the elections. He plans to make great changes that will enable his people to have what they have been missing.

I will make sure I take it (power) back to the people (as that is) where it belongs. Time has come for my people to take charge of their money and decide what should be done as per development.

Well, I guess we have heard it all before but lets see how it goes.

It’s not everyday we hear women talk about their insevurities, but believe me every woman has a couple of insecurities, could be her figure, her voice or just something that makes her feel less special.

Kiss 100’s Lynda Nyagweso has however come clean about her insecurities leaving fans in an emotional state as they tried to encourage her.

The lady revealed the reason she hates photos, saying that she avoids full body photos because she does not have a beach body to parade around.

So I hate pictures.I’m self conscious and I look clumsy 24/7.i don’t have a beach body but it’s my body. ALL BODIES ARE GOOD BODIES. However she goes on to add that despite having the insecurities, this only happens once in a while as she has learnt to embrace her body. Looking at her photos, well it’s not a secret that she is one fine African lady and her voice is something many look forward to hear every morning.

Saumu Mbuvi is currently living in Runda with her parents after breaking up with her boyfriend, Ben Gatu.

From the posts she had earlier been sharing on her social media pages it was evident that things were not going so good between her and her man.

However, the couple kept denying this until just recently when it was confirmed that the lass had moved back home, leaving her boyfriend all alone. We hear that the break up is so bad that Ben Gatu was not invited to any of the baby showers.

This whole drama was apparently sparked by Saumu’s involvement with a certain businessman, Kelvin Shaban, who would sometimes meet her at the Thika Road Mall, Hurlingham and Yaya centre just to hangout.

The businessman seems to be really involved in the story as he was photographed with the lass during her second baby shower while Ben Gatu was no where to be seen.

Ray C fired by Top Tanzanian Recording label after pulling a stupid stunt

Singer Ray C was hoping that her music would start a fresh now that one of Tanzania’s biggest recording label, Wanene Entertainment, had given her a chance to record with them.

However, word has it that the lass was fired for leaking her latest song despite knowing that the recording label had set a date for the song to be released.

This came as a big blow to the singer who is now accused of breaching an agreement she had with the label. According to the reports going round social media, the Wanene Entertainment recording label have pulled out and will no longer be working with the lass.

During an interview with East African TV, the Wanene Entertainment manager, Gentris apparently confirmed that Ray C did leak the song and will have to face the consequences of her own actions.

The lass on the other hand has remained silent about this issue to avoid making matters worse. Anyway, let us wait and see what she does next.

Kendrah Micheal as she refers to herself this afternoon decided to put her Dera’s (the long Swahili dresses) away as she opted to wear a swimming suit due to the heat she is experiencing.

However, one day we all woke up and the singer was no longer singing. He disappeared like Nyashinski did but seems that he has a good explanation as to why he took a break.

He is now a family man and having settled he wouldn’t want to produce music that would damage his image as a husband and a dad. For this reason he took a break to gather his thoughts and idea in order to come back with a new style that would be suitable for everyone.

My music is a very important part of me and I just cant give it up. It’s only that I felt I couldnt go on making the the kind of music I used to, since many aspects of my life had changed. I am now a family man among other and i felt that I need to reinvent myself as a musician to suit the changes.

Apart from all this he has been helping out new artistes to establish their music in the industry. However, he also plans to make a major comeback pretty much soon when he gets enough money for a high quality music video and audio too.

Singer Dela turned a year older recently and the sultry singer held a lit party at Choice’s restaurant along Mombasa attracting close friends and fellow celebrities who turned up to celebrate with the lass.

Apart from the performances from the artistes who availed themselves, the party was fun filled with drinks and plenty of cake.

The singer has won the song of month Kororo which he featured his boss Diamond Platnumz. This was announced on Diamond Platnumz Instagram where he congratulated the singer for the good news as he paraded the award he also got.

Diamond Platnumz also thanked Cloudsfmtz XXL program for honoring Rich Mavoko with the award. It is also evident that people are now recognizing Rich Mavoko’s work and hopefully soon he shall be rolling on the same lane as Harmonize and Rayvanny who are currently big in East Africa.

Anyway, back to the initial story. So Bahati recently introudced his prayer partner, Diana, who is his current girlfriend. The girl first appeared in his music video where the two ‘wedded’ but we had no idea that the two were a couple.

Former Tahidi High actress Sarah Hassan is back in the country and judging from the way things are going…the lass is back to get married to her man.

The two had relocated to New York where Sarah Hassan was studying at a film school and now that she has graduated, the two are back in town. Well, Sarah had her Hen Party last night at Kiza Lounge and later at B Club.

Singer Benachi has finally been discharged from hospital according to an instagram post shared on his social media pages. The singer who was admitted about 12 hours ago and was kept under observation,at an unnamed hospital but he is now home with his wife and family in the United States.

Benachi had been hospitalized for an illness that is yet to be revealed. Judging from the photos shared by his wife on his Instagram it was clear that the singer was in a critical condition but thanks to the prayers offered by fans and family the singer is much better.

Citizen TV’s Swahili anchor Lulu Hassan caught up in a debt scandal of Ksh. 127, 000

Lulu Hassan is said to be dodging a debt of Sh 127,500 after a certain young man wrote a script for her TV show production company.

As reported by the Nairobian who conducted an interview with the young man, Dennis, who claims that the Citizen TV has been dodging to pay him his money despite writing 18 full episodes of Swahili show, Moyo.

Apparently the young man mailed Lulu Hassan and the head of Jiffy pictures, Ibrahim Chitayi to see whether they were going to pay him his money. However, he was emailed back and told the script was of poor quality after the show was already airing on Citizen TV.

Dennis was however forced to involve a lawyer who sent a demanding letter asking the company to pay the young man his money, but they never got back to him.

When Lulu Hassan was reached on phone, Dennis says that she brushed him off telling him not to involve her in his problems….which took him by suprise.

He adds that the lady was aware of what was happening as her company helped clear his hotel bills where he had been staying when drafting the shows script.

The Nairobian goes on to add that when they tried reaching out to the anchor, she refused to comment saying she did not know the person they were talking about. The Nairobian writer goes on to say that she told him to write whateever he wanted….

Was Anne Kansiime arrested for being in possession of 2000 grams of Cocaine?

Rumour had it that Anne Kansiime had been arrested at Heathrow airport after she was caught carrying 2Kgs of cocaine a week after a couple of Tanzanian celebrities were held in police custody for drug trafficking.

The story published by Metro UK left many surprised after they announced the comedian had been caught carrying a small zip-lock paper containing white substance that is believed to be cocaine.

Apparently Kansiime had stuffed the stash in her luggage but after she was searched, the lady was found with cocaine.

However, Kansiime has refuted the story in a sarcastic post shared on her social media pages where she addressed the story. She wrote to say…

There are rumors claiming that Zari Hassan has had her lips filled (like kylie Jenner) however the lady refuted this through an instagram live session she had last night with her fans.
