Edith Kimani’s commencement at German TV station DW (Deutsche Welle) might have to start off with a bit of rocky start as she endears to earn the love and the respect of the residents.
Clearly some of them are not very happy with her joining of the station as they feel someone else deserved that chance. Like one mchamurabi who is a self confessed milk powder user and who feels that a German should have been awarded the job as opposed to Edith.

I won’t however be surprised if he changes his mind in the future as Edith is pretty much eloquent, charismatic and most definitely equipped to handle the job. She started off by winning the much acclaimed number one spot on KTN’s The Presenter and her career has been on upward spiral ever since.
Are you probably smelling controversy wherever you are? move your eyes around and don’t be surprised when you spot Elizabeth Irungu.
She thrives on controversy so expect her to bring the sauce as 2017 officially commences.
And it looks like she intends to make it a bit interesting having brought Size 8, Jackie Maribe and Edith Kimani into the mix. Apparently she went to school with these big games- wonder what she was doing to school herself- and she decided to hit Facebook and let us in on their character.

Sharon Mundia aka This is Ess and her husband Lonina Leteipan have been keeping a low profile since they announced they were pregnant. However Lonina has been quite active on his social media posting inspirational quotes and throwback photos with his friends.
Anyway, to celebrate Edith Kimani’s birthday the soon-to-be dad shared a special message to celebrate the lady who has been close friend’s with his wife for a long time. He wrote to say,

Finally something good has happened to KTN’s Joy Doreen Biira after a series of misfortunes. The KTN journalist has taken over Edith Kimani’s job at Deutsche Welle (DW).
Sometimes in November last year, Joy Doreen Birra was arrested by Uganda police for what they termed as abetting terrorism.
A month later, his Mercedes Benz was stolen at the parking lot at Standard Group headquarters on Mombasa road.
The car was later recovered and surprisingly Biira’s colleague at KTN, Aaron Ochieng, had a hand in the theft of the German machine.
After all those setbacks, something good has finally happened to Biira; the KTN anchor has replaced Edith Kimani has the host of ‘eco@africa’ on DW TV. Kimani has been moved to Berlin as a fulltime anchor leaving a gap that was filled by Biira.
“On this week’s show, we introduce our amazing new host Joy Doreen Biira, who is taking over for Edith Kimani as she begins a new role as an anchor for DW News. Birra, a Ugandan broadcast journalist currently working with Kenya Television Network (KTN) in Nairobi, will bring you the same mix of pressing environmental issues and exciting solutions from Africa and Europe alongside our host in Nigeria, Nneota Egbe,” DW made the announcement on their website.
“#EcoAfrica show or Eco@Africa, which I’m happy and honoured to now be a part of – Tune in to #ktnnews tonight and every Saturday 2030hrs or 8:30pm and watch stories of people doing all they can to sustain our environment worldwide,” Joy Doreen Biira announced her new role on social media.
It’s Patricia Kihoro’s birthday and Edith Kimani one of her closest friends had just the right birthday wish.
Well, what we can learn is that she likes to cuddle while and only cuddle while sleeping after a night out(apologies to all mafisilets) and she has just the right amount tolerance in the fact that she can handle a fart or two.
She doesn’t also give her the look soon after so we can comfortably assume she’s not judgy at all. Plus she also lets you be and she’s more supportive than Bridgit Achieng’s bra.
