According to Zari, this does not scare her as she knows her place (main chick) but judging from her comment one cannot help but notice that Zari wasn’t ready to find out that her hubby might have had an affair with the Tanzanian model and she even had photos to prove it.

Well, trouble is brewing in Diamond’s court and it has everything to do with his son Prince Nillan.
According to Tanzanian global publishers, Diamond’s mother Sandra Kasim ‘Sanura’ is not happy with all the photos circulating online trying to Prince Nillan is Ivan Ssemengwa’s kid and not Diamond’s and so she summoned Zari to finally put the matter to rest.
The contents of their discussion however, nobody really knows as Sandra failed to reveal to the media the contents of their discussion.

Zari has revealed that her son’s, Nillan, citizenship is facing some complicated issues since he was born in South Africa where he got an immediate Citizenship but together with Diamond they are planning to as they are planning to get him a Tanzanian citizenship.
She talked about this issue during Nillan’s party that went down this past weekend at their ‘State House’ in Madale. Speaking to Dizzim online the mother of 5 was however confident that her won will soon get his citizenship as her boyfriend is working on it.

If you can remember clearly, the main reason Ne-Yo came to Kenya was Coke Studio, the musical extravaganza which looks into tapping into some of the great talent Africa has to offer, bringing it together, fusing it and bringing out some of the dope musical renditions.
In that year, Ali Kiba was one of the artists in the lineup and so when Ne-yo touched down in Kenya and started working with the artists, the conversation was pretty much rife that the two would have a collabo.
It was mentioned but no details were yet to be discussed. Plus there was no hurry, the guy was pretty much going to be around for a while so there was no pressure; Ali Kiba would take his time and wait for the right opportunity to pounce.

Time progressed and Ali Kiba’s management which we all know is not the best in town took their time and a decision was made that they would approach Ne-yo when he was done with all his recordings.What they forgot is that they are hawks out here always looking to cash in on the next prey.
One such hawk is Sallam SK, Diamond Platnumz’s manager. He knows what he wants and he surely knows how to get it. And what he wanted right there and then was a collabo with the R&B star.
So he got his contacts and reached out to the man. First of all he declined sighting prior discussions with Ali Kiba but Sallam was insistent. And he had something to back it up, a whole load of cash.
So he asked how much Ne-Yo wanted to be paid for this collabo and he was asked to charge as if he was in talks with Gucci Mane or any other international star. He named his price and without wasting anytime Sallam flew down with the cash and with all the paper work in store and right there and then, a deal was struck and sealed.
This whole time Ali Kiba’s management was still in the dark, sitting pretty and waiting for the opportune time.
It was not until Diamond himself flew down that he started getting suspicious. Diamond showed up at Ignition Westlands where the second Ne-Yo party for fans was going down. The both of them were a tad too cozy so Ali Kiba and his management started doing their own investigations trying to find out what exactly was cutting.

Diamond will team up with Nigeria’s Mr. Flavour to entertain the crowd before the host nation takes on Guinea–Bissau in the first AFCON game.
The two artists have performed together before at various events, latest being at Glo-CAF Award 2016 in Abuja; they also collaborated to drop “Nana” hit song.

President Magufuli’s government showed its support for Diamond as he heads to perform in Gabon. Tanzania’s Minster for Sports, Culture and Art gave Diamond the national flag as a symbol of blessing from the government to represent the country in Gabon.

A question that has been ringing in people’s heads for a while now, is Darassa CMG seriously taking shots at Diamond Platnumz- Africa’s main man? And if yes, why? Is it because he has one big hit single? Or is just a ploy to use Diamond’s name in gaining popularity? A lot of artists have done that before.
Well, I reached out to Diamond’s management, Babu Tale just to be specific and Darassa may be way over himself. But before we let you in on the juice, let’s start from the beginning.
It started off when sometime last year Darassa CMG dropped a song alongside Ben Pol called Muziki. It became an instant receiving massive airplay across the board. What however caught most people’s attention are the lyrics in the song which seemed to take a jab at Baba Tiffah. Here they are:

At that time everyone took a step back and assumed the guy was just doing his thing so nobody bothered, they went back to enjoying the song. That was up until Darassa CMG went for an interview in one of the popular TV stations and he was asked that lingering question. This is what he responded:

From there on we knew it was on. Then pictures emerged of a witchdoctor performing acts of black magic apparently to stop Darassa’s popularity and facilitate his downfall and people couldn’t help but wonder if Diamond and his Wasafi crew were behind those acts.

Well, exclusively on Ghafla and straight from the horses’ mouth. Diamond’s management is not aware of all this hullabaloo, they are not aware anybody has any beef with them. “Ati beef? Mh ndio nakusikia wewe. Sisi atuna matatizo na mtu yeyote” Babu Tale made it clear.
It looks Diamond and the whole Wasafi fraternity is not keen on giving Darassa his much sought after 15 seconds of fame and they would rather concentrate on the hustle.

Darassa is however flying high with this new song that has become a club banger in most East African countries. This song has landed him a couple of interviews on both TV and radio stations.
Speaking to Enewz on EATV just recently Darassa confidently explained the reason why Diamond Platnumz should not call himself Simba.
Not that the name is bad, but the rapper feels that Diamond Platnumz is more much more stronger than a mere lion that can be killed by other animals when it is vulnerable.
“I was clear when I Sang siyo simba, siyo chui siyo mamba because a crocodile is the only strongest animal that lives in water. A lion on the other hand is the king of the jungle (but can be vulnerable) wherelse a leopard is the best hunter in the jungle however you will never find me referring myself with any of these animals. I have something in me that can make you go…. aaaaah”. Darassa concluded.
He went on to add that he does not fear all the animals he mentioned in his latest hit song. What he believes is that he is a man who is ca[able of releasing sensible songs in the struggling music industry.

Well, chances are that the two bigwigs have some issues on the low that many are yet to find out. But as for the moment we have every reason to believe that Darassa took shots at Diamond Platnumz in his new song dubbed Muziki.
The song has been a club banger for months now and was written in the prime of Darassa’s fandom. The lyrics speak of better music as the rapper urges singers(Diamond Platnumz) to quit bragging about what and who they are. And instead, start making music that fans relate with.
It is unclear why the two artistes have bad blood however it is evident that Darassa is proving to be a threat to the Wasfi records CEO who might soon overtake him.
