Europe’s largest lifestyle retail brand, ZARA is being introduced to Kenya. The latest ZARA collecctions are going to be available to all Kenyans at 4u2’s near you. Zara will be stocked in three 4u2 locations – Sarit Centre, Thika Road Mall and Capital Center.

And keeping true to always bringing you the finest, Deacon’s is marking this new venture with a fashion extravaganza. The Inaugural Deacons Fashion Show is gonna bring together Kenya’s finest Fashion Stylists to battle it out and find out who gets the crown of “Top Stylist” in Kenya. Along with the crown, the winner will get a cash prize of Ksh 100,000, runner up gets 50,000 and second runner-up 25,000 The largest fashion show that Kenya has ever seen is slated for July 28th at Thika Road Mall.

Annabel Onyango is a Stylist and Blogger under the brand DRESSUPNATION. She started out as a Fashion Editor in magazine publishing, but now mostly styles commercials and media productions. Her portfolio contains looks for prolific Sauti Sol, South African fashion show producer Jan Malan and Wahu. Annabel currently styles the MNET show Mashariki Mix. She is known for her unique ability to appropriate current international trends and inject her indelible flavour into them, making them relevant for her clients. Annabel is a double threat; she not only styled but produced a summer fashion film – You Are It – showing at two major American film festivals this year.

 

 

“This massive showcase has one mission: to find out who is Kenya’s finest Fashion Stylist,” said Deacons Kenya Limited C.E.O Muchiri Wahome. “Deacons prides itself on bringing the best international brands to Kenyans. Nevertheless, we are very keen to do more for the local industry. This fashion show is just the beginning of the many ways will be partnering with local Kenyan stylists and designers. We are excited to begin this chapter, and look forward to cementing this a must-attend annual event.”

Deacons Fashion Show will feature 21 models and will showcase collections from Deacons four flagship stores -Woolworths, Angelo’s, Babyshop and 4U2.
