Shuga 3 Has Landed! Missed its Premiere? Here’s the Complete First Episode

The third season of Shuga kicked off last Sunday and was aired on national TVs at 11PM across the country to coincide with World AIDS Day. Taking over from its forerunners, Shuga 3 promises a lot more sex, lies, love, and more sex.

Shuga 3 was filmed in Nigeria for the first time ever, utilising a predominantly Nigerian cast and crew. Set in Lagos, it stars Nigerian actor and musician Ikubese Emmanuel Ifeanyichukwu aka 9con, who will reprise his role as smooth-talking bad boy Femi from Shuga 2.

Kenyan actor, singer and radio presenter Nick Mutuma, a veteran of Shuga having appeared in all the 3 seasons, will revisit the role of Leo, one of Shuga’s most popular characters.

When Femi (Ikubese Emmanuel Ifeanyi) returns from Nairobi to Lagos, a long standing secret upsets the relationship between his music promoter friend Ekene (Okezie Morro), and Ekene’s girlfriend Foye (Maria Okanrende). Meanwhile Foye’s best friend Sophie (Dorcas Shola Fapson) is outraged when her little sister Princess (Sharon Ezeamaka) appears unexpectedly on campus.
