The University of Nairobi is dominating the news currently thanks to the ongoing demonstrations.

However, all the news from the institution are just negative and sad as the two opposing camps continue to squabble over who is the duly elected Chairman. The police on the ground are not holding anything back as far as sheer brutality is concerned and besides the video doing rounds on social media of their brutal thrashing of campus students, there are disturbing images going rounds.

The images show defenseless students being beaten with some even having surrendered. It paints a situation that calls for the quick resolution of the election chaos while police should stop behaving like goons.
