Sexually Explicit Scenes In AY and Diamond’s ‘Zigo’ Makes Tanzanian Government Ban The Viral Video (Video)

‘Zigo (Remix)’ has over 2.9 million views in a little over 2 months and it’s now that Tanzanian authorities are waking up from their stupor to ban ‘Zigo’ for its raunchy scenes.

Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority (TCRA) has banned ‘Zigo’ from playing on all TV and Radio stations in Bongo during watershed period.

AY put TCRA to task to explain why ‘Zigo’ was banned and TCRA explained that the song had scenes that depicted sexual acts and it also used vulgar language.

“ Mtamu mpaka utamu umepitiliza… Akikaa na wengine wana-chukiza… She can lick D yah man…” Part of Zigo’s lyrics.
