There are some strange acts people do, the madness and callousness of their nature comes of as funny even with the sad nature of the actions.

A man in Busia married a disabled lady as the fourth wife and upon the agreements being set and the lady settling in at his home, he began his horrific acts of torture. First, the guy began being abusive to the lady and physically assaulting her.

However, it was his act of taking his wife’s wheelchair’s wheels and using them on his bicycle that has left many dumbfounded at his cruelty that borders on madness.
