Skhumbuzo Mbatha leaves Thobela FM

Skhumbuzo Mbatha has left Thobela FM and has returned to Capricorn FM.

The actor, popularly known for his role as Meneer Manaka on Skeem Saam, started his radio career at Capricorn.

Mbatha said that he left the station to pursue other ventures. When asked on social media about his exit, he said: “What matters now is that I am back and happy!”

In a statement from Capricorn FM’s station manager, they said they were excited to have Mbatha back.

“We are so pleased to have on board a broadcaster who understands the roots of the station and has massive faith in the direction the brand is moving in. We are delighted and cannot wait to have listeners interact with him both on and off the air.”
