Rami Chuene now part of Thobela FM team

Rami Chuene has joined the Thobela FM team as one of the new presenters. Her show, Jazz Ye Phelago, will air from the 1st of April and will be every Sunday between 1 and 3pm.

Rami took to social media to share her excitement on joining the show.

She described it as surreal to work with radio legends.

“I’ve always been a jazz enthusiast and I know a lot about music. I’m happy with the slot and the direction the station wants to take.

“I’ve always loved interacting with people and radio is great for that. I’m so excited. I can’t believe it,” Rami said.

She currently stars on The Queen as Gracious “TGOM” Mabuza.

For Rami, she will have to juggle her acting and radio. She added jokingly, “I will rest when I’m 55. I’m still 29.”
