Adding to her lingerie and shape wear brand, Thando Thabethe has now launched a new swimwear range.

The Summer 2018/19 collection is all about celebrating women’s bodies in all shapes, sizes, and shades, staying true to the foundation of the Thabooty’s brand.

“A bikini body is anybody in a bikini and not just for petite bodies,” Thando said.

“A number of ‘Thabooty Boo’s’ (as consumers of the brand are referred to) would comment on social media and let us know that they too wanted the items but their sizes were not available, and so we had to listen, it’s very important to me that every woman feels included.”

It is all about celebrating their bodies.

“You don’t hear men speaking about a ‘swim shorts body’. They just get into their gear confidently without having to live up to ridiculous standards of society,” she adds.
