Jackie Phamotse is this close to knowing her fate in the case raise by the Kumalo’s against her.
Spokeswoman of NPA, Phindi Mjonondwane confirmed this.
“I can confirm that the police have referred the matter to us for a decision whether to prosecute. However, the prosecutor who is handling the case referred the matter back to the police for further investigation,” she said.
Case
Phamotse has been accused of defamation by Basetsana Kumalo and her husband, and a case was opened last week. She had made a tweet about her husband and a certain TV mogul that was believed to be Basetsana’s hubby, Romeo Kumalo.
Her fateis therefore in the hands of the NPA.
