On how they met and their relationship: Bokang and Simphiwe Tshabalala
Their relationship was something they preferred to keep on the low when they first started seeing each other. “We didn’t do it as a public relationship. And I think you just wanna protect it especially at the beginning, you just wanna do you and let it be the two of you and see how far it can get.”
Fast forward, the couple tied the knot in 2016 and are blessed with a son. They seem to be happier than ever, once in a while showing us a glimpse into their relationship.

Bokang Montjane-Tshabalala, who is a former miss South Africa appeared on the Gareth Cliff Show, where she spoke about things pageant life, motherhood and being a wife.
They met at a radio station back in 2010, when she was leaving as he was going in for an interview. Simphiwe then asked to take a photo with her and went ahead to ask for her mobile number from the station.
“He went behind my back and he just went after the people at the radio station. He begged them, they said, ‘we’re not allowed to,’ and he said, ‘please, please, please,’ and eventually he got my numbers,” she explained to Gareth.
Bokang made him wait, and they therefore only started dating in 2012.
“He’s amazing, he’s such a great dad, he’s a great husband, very supportive of the stuff I do… I’ve always said I don’t want a man who’s a finished product, meaning somebody who has everything… I wanted somebody to grow with. Somebody I can build with and we’re in business together, we do so many things together.”
