The reality TV star posted a lengthy statement on her Instagram account saying that she had given birth on February 1.
In the post, she apologised for keeping her fans in the dark and described her pregnancy as a “beautiful and empowering experience”.
She also shared a touching video documenting the last nine months from discovering she was expecting to the birth.
