Kim Porter P Diddy’s ex girlfriend and Baby Mama passes on at 47

The former partner of Sean “P Diddy” Combs is dead.

Kim Porter, 47, was found unresponsive in her home earlier today.

The model and Combs were together for 13 years and had three children together, a son Christian and twin daughters Jessie James and D’Lila. They broke up in 2007.

Porter also had a son, Quincy, from a previous relationship with the producer Al B Sure.

According to TMZ, Porter had went into cardiac arrest this morning after suffering from pneumonia for several weekS.
