Karlien van Jaarsveld welcomes baby girl

Musician Karlien van Jaarsveld has given birth to a baby girl.

She announced the baby’s birth today afternoon on her Instagram account. She captioned it: “Unexpected, but safely brought into the world in the palm of God’s hands. How will I ever be able to thank you enough, our God. All glory to you. She is beautiful.”

The baby was born on Saturday, and her name is Elah. This is her first child with her husband, Joe Breytenbach.

She has older twins with her ex husband, Derick Hougaard.

Bobby van Jaarsveld, Karlien’s brother, also shared a post, congratulating the new mother.

Baby Elah was born two months eaely, but seems to be doing well.
