Bonang Matheba to appear before court

Bonang Matheba is to appear at the Johannesburg Specialized Commercialized Crimes Court, this Thursday. This is to face charges of fraud.

Her court appearance comes after charges for fraud relating to her personal and business tax.

Actor Rapulana Seiphemo is also set to appear in court on similar charges, a day before Bonang’s scheduled appearance.

The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) South Gauteng has thus confirmed their scheduled court appearances.

“Both of them are charged with contravening S234(d) of the TAA [Tax Administration Act, for failure to submit income tax returns as and when required].”
