Watch: Winona Ryder and Elizabeth Olsen dance tango in new H&M campaign
H&M’s 2018 spring campaign is out, and it is all about celebrating female empowerment and unity. Winona Ryder and Elizabeth Olsen thus show chemistry in the ad, as they dance their way through the campaign.
Set in a sleepy town in Buenos Aires, the ad starts with Elizabeth being led by a male dancer, when a woman steps in to turn up the heat.
Women then bring life and colour to the town as they dance in the street.
Winona takes it a notch higher too.
“I love the way that the campaign really celebrates women in a very authentic way,” she said in a press release. “I found that to be really refreshing and much needed right now in this culture. They are celebrating themselves and each other.”
Earlier in the year, H&M was boycotted for an image that sparked accusations of racism.
