Glee actor Mark Salling found dead
Mark Salling, an ex-Glee star has died following a reported suicide.
His attorney, Michael Proctor confirmed the news.
“I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning. Mark was a gentle and loving person, a person of great creativity, who was doing his best to atone for some serious mistakes and errors of judgement.”
His body was found on Tuesday in a riverbed near his home, in Los Angeles. He was 35.
Salling played Noah “Puck” Puckerman on Glee, from 2009 to 2015.
Charges
In May 2016, he was indicted on charges of receiving and possessing child pornography. He pleaded guilty to one count of possession of child pornography involving a prepubescent minor, and was scheduled for sentencing on 7th March.
“The Salling family appreciates the support they have been receiving and asks for their privacy to be respected,” Proctor said.
Salling is survived by his mother and father, and his brother.
