Power and Spirit of forgiveness: Greatest lesson Jub Jub learned
Having embarked on a self discovery journey since his release from prison early this year, nothing but love has been poured to him by his fans. In 2010, Molemo Maarohanye (Jub Jub) and his friend Themba Shabalala caused a serious accident when they were drag racing under the influence of hard drugs on a public road near a school. Four children were killed and another two survived with brain damage. They were arrested in 2012 and served time for the death of four children.
One of the biggest lessons he has learned is the power and spirit of forgiveness.
Because of forgiveness, Molemo has been given another chance at a better life, another chance at freedom and another chance to follow his dreams. Aside from catching up with the rest of the artists in the music industry, he has made it a personal mission to give back to the community and inspire young South Africans through his personal experience and teach them the importance of forgiveness.
One of the main people Jub-Jub wants so badly to reconnect with is his son Christian, whom he co-parents with Kelly Khumalo. He also wants to catch up on lost time with family. In a sit-down interview with Morning Live Jub-Jub admitted to claims that he is a married man and has been for the longest time and when asked about his relationship with Kelly Khumalo and his son, he simply refused to comment.
While working on new material, Jub-Jub tries to gain back his fan base by making appearances at other artists shows like he did this past weekend at Major League Gardens.
