This is why Moshidi Motshegwa will not be part of The River cast

Moshidi Motshegwa who plays Malefu on The River has revealed that she will not be returning for the show’s second season. This is because producers do not have a story line for her. She revealed this at 702.

“They said they don’t have a story for Malefu. It’s as simple as that, that is what the producers have said. I am repeating what the producers said,” she told the station’s Azania Mosaka.

Even though she made a short comeback to TV after a long hiatus, Moshidi has no regrets about the work she has done.

“For me, the most important thing is that I came back, I did the work and I did it at the level I wanted. I have no regrets about the work I have done.”
