Phindile Gwala is set to join Uzalo as the character Diniwe. Here, she is a twin to Khanyi Mbau’s character, Lady D.
Her arrival on the soapie will prove to be antagonistic towards the character of MaNgcobo, played by Dawn Thandeka King.
