Thuso Mbedu is headed to Newyork for the   46th annual International Emmy Awards.

Thuso, has been nominated for her second International Emmy, shared pictures from her send-off luncheon, writing on Instagram:

@niveasouthafrica thank you for keeping me fresh all of yesterday and throughout my trip. I am ready to jet off and put#NiveaDry to the test.
@capitecbank thank you for also ensuring that my budget is intact for this trip by helping me cut costs with my wardrobe. ??‍♀️Now I can splurge a little on life’s treasures like Cronuts… I can not wait.’
