Robert Alai Beats A Nairobi City Council Askari Like Mburukenge

He is a man full of controversy, from what he posts online to the streets. And today, the controversial blogger is at it again.

Robert Alai was early today involved in an altercation with a Nairobi City Council Askari who confiscated cars belonging to his white BMW.

The blogger was driving at the heart of the CBD when the Askari stopped him and confiscated his car keys, leading to the altercation.

A crowd of people who gathered at the incident say that the city askari confiscated Alai’s car keys under unclear circumstances and when Alai resisted the askari punched him, prompting Alai to respond with serious blows.

Another man emerged and tried to rescue the city askari but hell broke loose on him as Alai and the crowd turned against him demanding that he shows his ID card.

Alai is said to have injured the city askari who was pleading during the altercation.
