Raila Odinga’s Armored SUV Hit By Live Bullet On The Windscreen Prompting ‘Assassination’ Claims (Photos)

Raila Odinga’s armored SUV was hit on the windscreen by bullets alleged to be fired by police during yesterday’s demonstrations.

Cord brigade claim that Raila’s vehicle was hit by live bullets fired by none other than the police.

Raila was not in his vehicle when the shots were fired. Bullets casings found nearby prompted the opposition to claim Raila was being targeted.

But the police say anyone could have fired at Raila’s vehicle since both sides (Raila’s bodyguards and the police) had guns.

Activist Japheth Moroko was severely injured on the head during the incident. Cord claims he was grazed in the head and in the legs by live bullets fired by the police.
