Guys like James Panaito, Peter Cacah and Kevin BouArt have made a name and big bucks from this business.
President Uhuru’s official photographer during the 2013 campaigns, Emmanuel Jambo, is another photographer who has amassed wealth thanks to his avant-garde photography skills.
Jambo was recently featured on Young Rich and to the surprise of many, the soft-spoken photographer is a millionaire whose fortune is worth is over Sh20million.
His first income from photography was $8,000 (approximately Ksh.70,000); and made his first million 6 years when he shot a South African TV series.
The most money he’s earned in a day is 4,000 Euros (approximately Ksh.476,000) and at one time received Ksh.50,000 after working for only 15 minutes.
However, it hasn’t been smooth all the way. Jambo has endured losses with the biggest being Ksh400,000.
