President Uhuru Kenyatta and Opposition leader, Raila Odinga set to be reunited at Otuoma’s son funeral

President Uhuru Kenyatta, and opposition leader, Raila Odinga are set to be reunited in grief and even share the same platform.
The two leaders who don’t see eye to eye are expected to attend the burial of an ODM MP in Busia.
Uhuru and Raila will be forced to temporally forget their differences, and condole with the family of Funyula MP, Paul Otwoma who lost his son, Malcolm Otwoma.
Malcolm, a first year student at Jomo Kenyatta University, died last Friday at the Nairobi Hospital while undergoing treatment after developing breathing difficulties.
Statehouse Spokesperson, Manoah Esipisu confirmed that President Uhuru will be in Busia to attend the burial.
Cord Leader Raila Odinga is also expected to attend the burial.
 
This will be the first time Uhuru and Raila will be sharing a platform, since the burial of veteran politician William Ole Ntimama in September.
At the burial of the revered Maasai elder, the two leaders publicly toured at each other, with Raila accusing Uhuru of not honouring the TJRC report on land injustices, on the other hand Uhuru blasted Raila and even coined the famous phrase
President Uhuru visit is highly anticipated since the last time the President visited the western region, was in June while attending the burial of former Malava MP and housing and planning Minister, Soita Shitanda.
Mr Otuoma will also be watched keenly, after he and Budalangi MP, Ababu Nambwaba ditched the ODM party mid this year, only for Otuoma  to later return and vow never to leave the party for fears of being disciplined.
The funeral ceremony will be held at Otwoma home in Funyula this Saturday, November 19 2016.
