A youth from Tana River is wagging on people’s tongues after he confronted the President with an interesting proposal.

Kenyans men are an interesting lot! First they ambushed President Obama pleading with him to ‘give’ them her daughter and in the process scared the US President who decided to visit Kenya solo without his family.

Now another man from Tana River has also confronted President Uhuru Kenyatta asking him to help him secure his daughter’s hand in marriage.

The man made the request at Mombasa State House when the president met various youth from different counties in the coastal region.

The President was kind enough to respond. Uhuru told the young man to approach Ngina Kenyatta on his own with his proposal further giving him hope that he (Uhuru) would be celebrating Christmas in Tana River if the young man succeeded.

The audience couldn’t help but burst out in laughter.
